Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication impairments using evidence-based techniques. Establish treatment goals and develop individualized programs based on full clinical evaluations. Provide rehabilitative services under medical orders, participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care plans, and conduct one-on-one private sessions with a functional-based approach. Enjoy a desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements. This role supports nearly 500 senior living communities through personalized therapeutic care led by therapists.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
