Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidenced-based therapeutic techniques. Establish treatment goals and implement individualized Speech Pathology treatment programs based on full clinical evaluations. Provide rehabilitative services to residents one-on-one under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team. Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate patient care plans. Enjoy a desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
