Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication impairments using evidence-based techniques. Establish treatment goals and implement individualized Speech Pathology programs based on full clinical evaluations. Provide rehabilitative services to residents under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team. Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate patient care plans and conduct one-on-one private treatment sessions with a functional approach. Enjoy a desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
