Speech Language Pathologist

Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services by evaluating their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions. Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals determined by patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Provide direct patient care, educate families on appropriate therapy methods, and document conditions, weekly progress notes, recertifications, and discharge documentation. Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered treatment while ensuring compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, and Federal Residents Rights.
