Job Summary
Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals. Maintain compliance with Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations. This role supports a wide range of services in a SNF setting in the Exira/Mt. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active SLP license in the state of practice
- CCCs
- CFY candidate
