Job Summary
Provide evaluation, treatment, and ongoing support as part of an interdisciplinary care team in an outpatient clinic setting, with occasional community/home visits. Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations; develop individualized treatment plans; deliver interventions; document services; educate participants, families, and caregivers; participate in care planning meetings; and support process improvements. Requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, MA SLP license, and at least 1 year of experience working with the elderly; familiar with Microsoft Office; respirator fit test and vaccines preferred; local travel to communities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Massachusetts SLP License
- At least 1 year of experience working with the elderly
