Job Summary
Provide high-quality speech, language, and cognitive-communication evaluations; develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals; deliver direct therapy in school-based and clinical settings using evidence-based techniques; educate and collaborate with patients, families, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members; document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner; adjust treatment plans as needed to support patient progress; participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligibility for Iowa state SLP license
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism
- Ability to work collaboratively in both school and healthcare settings
