Job Summary
Deliver clinical speech-language pathology services in a rural healthcare setting, including evaluations, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, direct therapy using evidence-based techniques, and collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include documenting evaluations, progress, and outcomes; modifying treatment plans to support patient progress; engaging in professional development; and contributing to a positive team environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply; compensation includes competitive wages, a monthly incentive plan, CEU allowance, and ample time off. Position based in Buffalo, WY at Johnson County Healthcare Center.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Wyoming state SLP licensure or eligibility
- Demonstrated clinical judgment with excellent communication and professional skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary healthcare teams
