Job Summary
Evaluate patient needs, conduct diagnostic tests, and establish treatment plans for communication, swallowing, or speech-related disorders. Provide independent therapy and delegated services in collaboration with the healthcare team, developing specialized programs to meet individual patient requirements. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, with every 5th weekend and rotating holidays included in the 64-hour biweekly schedule. Starting compensation begins at $81,037.49 annually, with a range of $77,563.20 to $116,334.40 based on experience, plus $5,000 hiring and relocation bonuses. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Communication Disorders, current BLS certification, Minnesota SLP registration, and CCCS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited university
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card
- Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Current State of Minnesota Registration (to include a CFY Temporary License from the State of Minnesota)
- Certificate of Clinical Competencies (CCCs) from ASHA or certification upon completion of Clinical Fellowship Year
