Job Summary
Provide evaluation and treatment of communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in a long-term care setting. Conduct evaluations, identify equipment needs, develop and revise plans of care to improve patient function, educate patients/families/caregivers and interdisciplinary team, prepare and submit notes per agency policy, and perform other duties to deliver speech-language pathology services. Roles may be PRN or part-time; full-time employees may be eligible for benefits; Covid-19 vaccination or medical/religious exemption required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a licensed or eligible Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) per state requirements
