Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care; educate patients, families, and caregivers; participate in mentoring and supervision of students and new hires; engage in interdisciplinary meetings and quality-improvement initiatives; maintain compliant documentation and meet productivity standards; pursue continuing education to satisfy licensure requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
