Job Summary
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings, including conducting formal assessments, developing and coordinating treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team, delivering direct therapy aligned with IEP goals, completing and maintaining compliant IEPs, and documenting progress. Collaborate with teachers and families to support skill generalization, supervise SLPAs (where applicable), and participate in ongoing supervision hours. Preferred candidates may have one year of experience, knowledge of evidence-based practices, and school-based caseload management. Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the delivering state (or eligibility) is required along with background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)
- Criminal and DCS background checks
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
