Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist needed for K-12 school-based services in Holly, MI (Part-Time). Conduct formal assessments, develop and coordinate treatment plans, and provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals. Responsibilities include delivering therapy, completing and maintaining IEPs, collaborating with teachers and families, maintaining therapy notes and progress documentation, and supervising/monitoring SLPAs (if applicable). Must hold a state SLP license (or be eligible to obtain), pass DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance. Preferred: ~1 year of school-based experience and knowledge of evidence-based practices and caseload management. Position supports ongoing professional development, licensing/tuition reimbursement, and local office resources.
Required Qualifications
- Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan background
- TB clearance
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Preferred: One year of experience in speech therapy
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs
- Experience with school-based caseload management
