Job Summary
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning; develop treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team; deliver direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals; complete and maintain compliant IEPs; supervise and support SLPAs; monitor supervision hours; and maintain therapy notes and progress documentation. Requires state licensure as an SLP and background clearance. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and excellent communication are required; preferred experience with school-based caseload management.
Required Qualifications
- Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
