Deliver personalized speech therapy services in a home health setting for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist in Las Vegas, NV, including virtual follow-ups after initial visits, mileage reimbursement, and a consistent caseload within an interdisciplinary clinical team. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing; educating patients, families, and caregivers; ensuring compliant documentation and billing; participating in care conferences and quality-improvement initiatives; mentoring students and new hires; and maintaining licensure and staying informed on continuing education. Qualifications require a Master’s in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent, current state licensure, and ASHA CCC preferred. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, 40 scheduled hours per week, and an hourly range of $42.66–$65.82 with benefits.
