Job Summary
Provide assessment, treatment, and evaluation for patients with cognitive, speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in home-health settings. Supervise assistants and serve as clinical instructor for assigned students. Requires Master's degree in speech-language pathology, SP licensure, BLS (Healthcare Provider), and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Schedule: Full-time days, Monday–Friday; benefits and comprehensive total rewards package; eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.
Required Qualifications

- SP-Licensed Speech Pathologist
