Job Summary
Manage and provide skilled speech/language pathology to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities, conducting evaluations and treatments to maximize independence based on individual functional levels. Deliver professional consultations tailored to special physical or age-related needs while working directly in patient homes. Maintain Oregon Speech Language Pathologist licensure and complete National Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire. This part-time day shift role supports Providence Home and Community Care's mission of providing restorative care and longitudinal support for those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses across Clatsop and Tillamook counties.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program
- Ph.D. from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program or equivalent education/ experience
- Specialized speech/language pathology training to meet a particular department need
- Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
