Job Summary
Assess, deliver, supervise, and evaluate speech therapy services to agency patients in accordance with physicians' Plans of Care and applicable federal, state, and agency regulations. Perform direct therapy for individuals with swallowing, memory, communication, or cognitive disorders while providing legible, accurate, and timely documentation of all care provided. Collaborate with team members to review and update patient Plans of Care, ensuring compliance with agency standards, policies, procedures, and payer requirements. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring mental alertness, precision, and problem-solving skills, with potential for frequent travel and irregular hours.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current license in the state(s) of practice
