Job Summary
Provide assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with cognitive, speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Gains patient cooperation through competent assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication while adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations. Assist with clinical supervision of assistants and aides, and serve as a clinical instructor for assigned students. Maintain valid Class C driver's license and automobile insurance to support home health travel. Work variable days, weekends, and as needed on a per diem basis.
Required Qualifications
- Master's: Graduate of an accredited speech pathology program
- 2 years recent relevant experience
- SP-Licensed Speech Pathologist
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- DL-Valid Drivers License Class C
- AUTO-Automobile Insurance
