Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine needs and develop treatment plans. Deliver personalized rehabilitation therapy to individuals in their homes or care facilities. Evaluate evolving patient needs and adjust plans of care accordingly. Practice independently within the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team. This per diem role offers a pay range of $70–$75 per visit. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year speech language pathology experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern
- Licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State
- Valid driver's license required for all areas outside the borough of Manhattan
