Job Summary
Evaluates and treats patients, communicates with clients and team members, and maintains documentation of services in the medical record. Conducts in-services and training on restorative techniques for patients, clients, and staff on an ongoing basis. Supervises Therapist Assistants and therapy students in direct patient care to carry out plans of care per state practice acts and reimbursement regulations. Screens patients based on identified need and travels or floats between facilities as determined by supervisor and patient needs. Participates in departmental studies and projects as required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university
- valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
