Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist position at TMC in Troy, AL. Responsible for diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders across ages, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing articulation, language, cognitive-communication, and voice therapies, and managing dysphagia and AAC solutions. Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state license/certification
- Eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice
- Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for communication and swallowing disorders
- Dysphagia management experience
- AAC assessment and implementation experience
- Ability to work in long-term care/therapy setting
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and regulatory adherence
