Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist in a long-term care setting responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders across age groups. Provides comprehensive assessments, creates individualized treatment plans, implements evidence-based therapy techniques, and supports AAC solutions. Involves dysphagia management, articulation and language interventions, voice, cognitive-communication, and social communication skills. Requires mastery of standard assessments, clinical observations, and diagnostic tools; ongoing professional development; and licensure in the practicing state. Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
