Job Summary
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for communication and swallowing disorders across age groups. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including articulation, language, cognitive-communication, voice, AAC, and dysphagia management; conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and implement therapy sessions to improve functional communication and swallowing, with a focus on AAC implementation and family collaboration. Maintain licensure, stay current with regulations and technology, and contribute to a growth-focused team environment in a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Current license/certification in the state of practice
