Job Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist will provide speech and language therapy to individuals with special language and oral needs, working closely with other healthcare providers. Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients, preparing therapy activities, delivering services according to care plans, and participating in a multidisciplinary team. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Speech/Language Therapy, license in Arizona, CPR/BLS certification, and experience working with severely disabled patients. Relocation assistance and a retention bonus are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Speech/Language Therapy (required)
- Two to Four Years experience with severely and multiple disable patients (required)
- Licensed in the state of Arizona
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree with necessary Certificates to meet Arizona State requirement (Preferred)
Additional Requirements
- This is a safety sensitive position
- OSHA Exposure Category 2
