Job Summary
Pediatric bilingual Speech Language Pathologist needed to provide home-based therapy in the San Antonio area (78219, 78220) with a full-time/part-time schedule. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech therapy evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, creating home exercise programs with caregivers, coordinating care within the medical team, ensuring minimum patient visits, maintaining timely chart updates and documentation, and adhering to agency policies and professional guidelines. Requires Texas licensure; bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred; 3+ years of pediatric SLP experience and home-health exposure are bonus points.
