Speech Language Pathologist Full-Time

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include evaluating within 24 hours of referral,Developing treatment plans with physician approval, administering treatments, supervising CFY clinicians, communicating with the interdisciplinary team, attending Patient Care Conferences/UR meetings, documenting evaluations and notes per state/payer requirements, and providing caregiver/staff education for post-discharge maintenance. Qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and a California SLP license; Master’s/Doctorate preferred; proficiency with electronic documentation and ability to supervise CFY clinicians. Located at Linwood Meadows Care Center in Visalia, CA; full-time position with competitive hourly rate and benefits.
