Job Summary
Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a continuing care retirement community setting, focusing on improving communication and swallowing; requires Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CFY/CCC or state licensure, Ohio license eligibility, and BLS; experience or willingness to work in CCRe settings including SNF, long-term care, assisted living, and outpatient services; proficient with Net Health and PCC EMR systems; relocation may be offered with benefits including sign-on/relocation assistance; opportunities through Jackson Therapy Partners with nationwide client network and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, or current licensure meeting state requirements
- Active Ohio State license or eligibility to obtain Ohio licensure prior to start
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience or willingness to work in a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) setting, including SNF, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living outpatient services
- Comfortable using Net Health and PCC electronic medical record systems, or willingness to train
- Open to new graduates and clinicians new to the CCRC setting
- Willingness to consider relocation candidates; relocation bonus may be offered depending on candidate
