Job Summary
Experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive SLP services in a full-time role focused on improving communication and swallowing for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. Requires a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CFY completion with CCC from ASHA, and an active state license; BLS may be required. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, developing care plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active State License to practice

- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
