Job Summary
Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to service residents in a SNF/long-term care setting. Responsibilities include evaluating residents for swallowing and cognitive deficits, developing and implementing individualized speech-language therapy plans, providing AAC systems, educating residents, families, and caregivers, coordinating with other professionals for diagnostic swallowing procedures, maintaining documentation, and ensuring resident safety and compliance with regulations. Required Qualifications
- Active/Valid Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology
