Job Summary
Evaluate residents' swallowing or cognitive deficits; develop and implement individualized speech-language pathology treatment plans; provide AAC systems; educate residents, family, caregivers, and other professionals; coordinate with other professionals for diagnostic swallowing procedures; ensure confidentiality and compliance with laws; provide training and education to clients and caregivers; observe resident safety and accurate billing documentation; in-house rehab setting; new grads welcome to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Active/Valid Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology
- In good standing with regulatory agencies and licensing boards
- SNF/Long term care experience preferred
- Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
