Job Summary
Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist in an in-house rehab team providing person-centered care. Responsibilities include evaluating residents for swallowing and cognitive deficits, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing AAC systems for severe expressive/language disorders, educating residents, families, and caregivers, coordinating with other professionals for diagnostic swallowing procedures (MBSS, FEES), maintaining compliant documentation and billing records, and ensuring resident safety and confidentiality. New graduates are welcome; the role supports in-house rehab with flexible scheduling and in-person work at the Bullard, TX location, with SNF/long-term care experience preferred and Texas licensure with ASHA certification required. Required Qualifications
- Active/Valid Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology
