Speech Language Pathologist

Conduct evidence-based evaluations, develop functional and person-centered treatment plans, and deliver speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy to older adults in homes and senior living communities. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document outcomes using EMR tools.
