Job Summary
Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that address speech, swallowing, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care; deliver education and collaborate with internal/external team members to improve patient outcomes. Select and perform appropriate assessment procedures and establish/update formal plans of care to meet individual patient needs.
