Job Summary
Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population, diagnosing needs and developing care plans using Expressable's clinical tools. Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement while completing all documentation accurately and on time. Participate in required training, team communication, and coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity. This part-time, 100% remote role offers flexible scheduling, with clients typically seeking services after 3:30pm weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends. You will work with AI-assisted documentation and dedicated support teams for insurance and billing, joining a collaborative team of 250+ SLPs committed to expanding access to family-led online speech therapy.
Required Qualifications
- CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number
- Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
- Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
- Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
