Job Summary
Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population while diagnosing needs and developing care plans using Expressable's clinical tools. Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement and complete all documentation accurately and on time. Participate in required training, team communication, and coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity. This part-time, 100% remote role offers flexible scheduling, including evenings after 3:30pm and weekends, with a clinical rate of $40-$54/hour. You will receive a new Macbook and iPad, access to AI-assisted documentation, and 401(k) matching. Required Qualifications
- CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- individual NPI number
- Licensed in a key state
- willingness to obtain prior to start date
- Reliable internet connection
- comfort with teletherapy platforms
- Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
- Strong computer literacy
- ability to learn new systems independently
- Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
