Job Summary
Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population, diagnosing conditions and developing care plans using Expressable's clinical tools. Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement while completing all documentation accurately and on time. Participate in required training, team communication, and coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity. This part-time, 100% remote role offers flexible scheduling, with clients typically seeking services after 3:30pm weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends. Compensation ranges from $40 to $56/hour covering direct sessions and documentation. You must hold a state license in Colorado or be open to obtaining one, along with a CCC-SLP credential and minimum one year of pediatric experience.
Required Qualifications
- CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number
- Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
- Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
- Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
- Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
