Job Summary
Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population, diagnosing needs and developing care plans using Expressable's clinical tools. Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement while completing all documentation accurately and on time. Participate in required training, team communication, and coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity. This non-exempt, W2 hourly position offers a clinical rate of $40-$58/hour with flexible scheduling, including part-time or PRN options. You will work in a collaborative team of 250+ SLPs supported by AI-assisted documentation and dedicated billing teams.
Required Qualifications
- CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number
- Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
- Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
- Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
- Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
