Job Summary
Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population, diagnosing needs and developing care plans using Expressable's clinical tools. Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement while completing all documentation accurately and on time. Participate in required training, team communication, and coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity. This non-exempt W2 hourly position offers a clinical rate of $40-$54/hour with flexible scheduling, including part-time or PRN availability for afternoons and weekends. You will receive a Macbook and iPad, plus access to AI-assisted documentation, ASHA-approved CEUs, and a supportive community of 250+ clinicians. A Texas state license and prior Medicaid enrollment are required.
Required Qualifications
- CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number
- Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
- Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
- Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
- Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
- It is required to hold a state license in Texas and be previously enrolled in Texas Medicaid
