Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist providing evaluations, assessments, and ongoing therapy for children 3 years and up. Develop individualized plans, deliver one-on-one family sessions, monitor progress, document evaluations and treatment plans, advocate for patient needs in schools or workplaces, and stay updated on advances in speech therapy. Flexible/hybrid service delivery (in-person and virtual) with travel to client homes as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Licensure/certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (state requirements)
- Meet all prescribed professional conduct rules for SLP including certifications and/or licensures
- Completion of AzEIP Standards of Practice for Early Interventionists within three years of start date
- Ability to complete a successful background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience with feeding is a plus but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required
- Ability to travel to client homes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (word processing)
