Speech-Language Pathologist

Conduct speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings for residents across the community continuum of care. Implement personal care plans focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed throughout their journey. Adhere to Federal, State, and payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies regarding care provision, documentation, billing, and compliance. Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs within a holistic approach. This role is full-time at Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, Maryland, offering $42–$50 per hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and education reimbursement.
