Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses,develops, and administers personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifies issues and modifies speech therapy as necessary; tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrates patient victories while working in inpatient rehabilitation settings for Encompass Health, a national leader in rehab care; requires current licensure/certification, CCC, and CPR within 30 days, with a preference for a Master's degree (or Bachelor's with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification in state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with field experience
