Speech Language Pathologist - Early Intervention

Job Summary

Conduct multidisciplinary team assessments and evaluate developmental status for infants and toddlers with or at risk for delays. Provide child and family-centered services using a parent coaching model to facilitate parent-child interactions and assist families in advocating for their children. Partner with parents to develop Individual Family Service Plans and coordinate intervention schedules, monitoring progress through evidence-based activities targeting cognition, adaptive behavior, social-emotional development, and motor skills. Complete progress notes, reports, and assessments via the Thom electronic documentation system. Requires current Massachusetts licensure, ASHA certification, and a reliable driver's license.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA)
  • Or CF eligible
  • Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development
  • Ability to engage in meaningful, therapeutic relationships with children, parents/caregivers, and community partners
  • Commitment to delivering individualized and culturally humble services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Abide by all confidentiality and professional boundaries standards
  • Good computer skills as well as strong documentation skills
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Bilingual/Bicultural a plus
