Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and provide direct therapy services across pediatric, adult, and geriatric age groups. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation. Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards while working within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
