Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children, including 6 direct clinical sessions weekly and 30 minutes of documentation per case. Collaborate with multidisciplinary behavioral health clinicians and CRNPs to develop individualized care recommendations and referrals. Deliver telehealth assessments while maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality. Participate in weekly team meetings to share clinical insights. Maintain a schedule focused on weekday evaluations after 3:00 PM EST and/or weekend slots. This evaluation-only role supports Blackbird's whole-child diagnostic approach to pediatric mental health care across Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Valid state license in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland or New Jersey in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- At least two (2) years of experience providing speech and language services in a pediatric or multidisciplinary setting
