Primary responsibilities include conducting therapy interventions, educating patients and families on treatment plans, maintaining clinical records, assisting with discharge planning, and supporting program goals. Requires licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in applicable states and BLS wallet certification within 90 days; positions available across Centralia and Mt. Vernon in Illinois with 36 hours/week, weekday schedule, and occasional weekend on-call coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licenses: Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin (or eligibility)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment
