Job Summary

Conduct speech-language therapy services across day habilitation programs, homes, and community sites. Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the Assistive Technology Department to perform comprehensive AAC evaluations, including feature matching, trials, and report writing. Purchase, deliver, set up, and customize AAC equipment while training communication partners on device use and implementation strategies. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Electronic Health Records, ensure Medicaid billing compliance, and coordinate NJISP and SDR approvals. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and suggest initiatives to improve service delivery and member outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in speech-language pathology
  • Current NJ Speech-Language Pathology licensure
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Valid driver's license
  • Car to use for work purposes

Desired Qualifications

  • Spanish- and/or ASL-fluent individuals
  • Interest or background in AAC
  • Newly graduated clinician completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
