Speech Language Pathologist

Conduct comprehensive evaluations for all referred patients, meticulously implementing individualized treatment plans for communication and swallowing disorders. Develop and upgrade treatment programs and protocols while evaluating inpatients within 24 hours of physician referral and outpatient evaluations within 30 days. Communicate with families, physicians, and the health team to optimize client service delivery under departmental policy. Coordinate with other department members to shape organizational goals and report to the department manager for both clerical and patient care duties.
