Job Summary
Provide, direct, and supervise all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines. Serve as a patient and rehabilitation advocate while ensuring cross-disciplinary coordination for consistent care and participating in quality assurance activities. Requires a Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology, licensure, and CPR certification, with one year of clinical experience preferred. Students in their Clinical Fellowship Year are considered for this post-acute setting role.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology
- Licensure or Certification as required by State guidelines
- CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred
