Job Summary
Clinical Fellow SLP providing school-based speech-language pathology services to children. Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to each student, conduct supervised assessments, assist with evaluation reports, and closely collaborate with families, educators, and professionals. Participate in weekly supervision and professional development, maintain timely documentation (SOAP notes), and coordinate a weekly schedule with a minimum of 25 billable hours. Progress toward full licensure through ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements. Role includes mentorship, licensure and ASHA reimbursement, materials stipend, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive interdisciplinary team. Location: Staunton, VA; full-time position at Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS Therapy).
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility to begin Clinical Fellowship through ASHA
- Active or pending licensure in the state(s) where you plan to work
- Passion for working with children in school settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative spirit
